Free UK delivery on orders over £20, £5.99 under that. Every order is dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and delivered within 8 days of ordering, dispatch included, everywhere in the United Kingdom.

What the delivery costs
There are two prices and no third one hiding at the end.
Spend £20 or more and delivery is free. Spend less and it is a flat £5.99, the same figure whether you are in Cornwall, Caithness or central London. There is no island surcharge and no postcode lottery.
The delivery line is added at checkout before you pay, so the number you see is the number you are charged. Most people clear £20 with a set rather than a single basket - a look at the full range is the easiest way to see where you land.
When your order actually arrives
Two separate clocks, and it helps to know which is which.
Dispatch is us: picking, packing and handing the parcel over. That happens within 48 hours of you ordering, Monday to Friday. Delivery is the whole journey, and that is within 8 days of your order - the 48 hours is counted inside it, not added on top.
So an order placed on a Monday is on its way by Wednesday and with you inside eight days of that Monday. An order placed on a Saturday starts its 48 hours on the Monday, because nobody is in the packing room at the weekend.
We email you when the parcel leaves us. If that email has not arrived and the 48 hours are up, something has gone wrong and we would like to hear about it.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in the United Kingdom, at one price.
We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you are ordering from a UK address for delivery to someone else in the UK - a gift, a student flat, a parent's house - that is fine, just put their address in as the delivery address at checkout.
There is one delivery option, on purpose
You will not find an express tier at checkout, because there is not one.
An 8-day window we keep is more use than a next-day promise we might miss on a Thursday in December. If you need something for a specific date, order with room to spare and email us if you are worried - we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Late, damaged, missing, or simply not what you pictured on the shelf - the answer is the same. Our 100% money-back guarantee gives you 30 days from delivery, a prepaid return label, and a refund within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us. We pay the return postage, so being wrong about a size costs you nothing but the wait.
Measure before you order
The single best thing you can do to avoid a return is to measure the space first.
Every product page lists internal dimensions in centimetres - the space inside the basket, which is the number that decides what fits. Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?
Yes - everywhere in the United Kingdom, at the same price. There is no separate Highlands, islands or postcode surcharge.
Is there a next-day or nominated-day option?
No. There is one delivery service and one price, added at checkout. We would rather quote a window we keep than sell a faster one we might miss.
How do I know my order has been sent?
We email you when the parcel is on its way. If you have not heard anything and it is past the 48-hour dispatch window, email hello@storagebasketsuk.co.uk and we will look it up.
What if my parcel is late or does not arrive?
Email hello@storagebasketsuk.co.uk with your order number. We are on Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and reply the same working day. If the order cannot be delivered, you get your money back - that is what the guarantee is for.
What if the basket is the wrong size when it arrives?
